 blob1  In another thread that Diamondjunkie so politely started for me, she was getting the opinions of which earrings should I purchase:
1) These lovely FBY Rovals so wonderfully titled as "Ronda's Rovals" by Carathead
or
2)The beautiful 1.29ctw K colored VS1 Emerald cuts!   


Although I loved the idea of purchasing those Rovals.....I think that the EC just spoke to me in more ways than I can mention....mostly, because of there versatility.     I CHOSE THE EMERALD CUTS!!!!!!!!!

Now, here is my next question.  How do I set them?  I had several ideas in my head but I also had to keep within budget.    I decided to give David a call,and as always,he steared me in the right direction.  icon_thumleft   I am going to have them set in a leverback style setting(see pic. attached) with ..74ctw of icy white diamonds in a halo like these.     I am just thrilled!   I can't wait to see how these turn out.    blob3

I LOVE YOU GALS!!   Just spoke to David and he already has the goods to get my project underway!!    I will be patient with this (yeah right!) because part of the fun in this is the ANTICIPATION!!!!!!!

I didn't chime in initially, because I'm just not crazy about most yellow diamonds, so I wasn't a fair judge.  But now that you've chosen the ECs, I'll say-- lovely!  Good choice!  They'll be beautiful :-).

Hmmmmm.  I am finding it hard to believe that sweet Ronda would really pull of a DSA like the more devilish among us (not I said the mouse!), but now I too want to know!!!

Again, I am so glad to be graced with a wonderful group of diamond sisters!   

This was "sort of " a sneak attack.  I told my husband the price for the studs..........he doesn't know how much the halo part is that I have added to it!!!!!! Grin   Hopefully he won't see this thread!!!

Make no mistake about it, I may appear sweet, angel but if I don't get my occasional diamond fix, things can get ugly in the household!!!!   angry5

It goes along with that saying "IF MOMMA AIN'T HAPPY, NO ONE IS HAPPY"!!

As much as I would love to have them it will be a little while before I can even think about them...

Darn the fact that I don't make nearly enough money  Undecided  But, if in a few months they are still there then I might think about giving them a new home.

Those EC's are just DREAMY & I'm sure they'll be a lot more versatile than the Rovals too. I love your idea of leverbacks---I think they're prettier than studs. And the halo idea sounds wonderful too! They'll look BIGGER & your ears will be oh so sparkly!!!! I can't wait to see them!!!!
