Thank you all for yout help.

I realize that I have to forget this grade to fall down in love with my diamond. Perhaps that a new setting would be the solution but the price of mountings which I like is so high that I do not know when I can allow it, plus, I am not certain that I would like it more. If I continue to have this bad impression after having invested even more money, it would be the end of all.

Thank you for your kindness, I smell myself less sad today because you have make me understand that the grade on paper is not necessarily revealing of the beauty of a diamond.

my asscher has a 72% table which is pretty uncharacteristic for an asscher, and it has small corners and it has small windows, but guess what?  i still love it to death!  i love it because it's a little different.  and one thing is for sure, i bezel set halo can make any diamond look extra fabulous!

"Sylvie
My english is bad but I like to be with person who have diamond passion"

Silvie- I like the sentence after your name. That is so sweet. What is your language? I think your English is good.

Hi Stci, your diamond looks simply lovely! I'm so sorry you feel bad about it. It looks so pretty - I would be delighted to wear it and I hope you fall in love with it again, because it deserves to be enjoyed! Perhaps you could take it off for a few days, give it a good clean and put it somewhere safe - when you put it on again, it will surprise you with it's lovely sparkle and fiery personality. I do that when I get the upgrade bug!

Hope you feel better about it soon!

Kikoo webmistress!

I'm french and I come from Quebec Canada. I am always surprised to see how the friends here are nice about my written English. They are all understanding and nobody baffles me for my errors!

I like to come on DBL Website and forum, there are fantastic diamonds jewells and environment is magic. I would like to stay with you if it's possible and see the beauties that girls and men have in their jewell box.

I dream to have an OEC as well as a blue or pink diamond. If ever I have money that I need, I will buy from DBL for sure. While waiting for, I navigate in different forum and I am very happy that the DBL friends allowed me to see their diamond with splendid pics.

You are the queen of DBL forum and I would like to thank you for your kindness with the new member like me. If you want to write in french don't hesitate, I think you can... am I right?

Mrs Mitchell, thank you for compliments! It's a good idea! I gonna try this this week! I think it will be difficult even if my diamond don't give me always satisfaction!

OH! Another thing: I bet I'm not the only one that would like to know, What did this jeweler grade the diamond as? We know that it's an I1, but what about color? Another thing, if the diamond has a flaw on the girdle, that wouldn't be very noticeable at all (I believe) as it could be hidden by one of the prongs. Just take a look at your diamond, and what do you see? The paperwork is only what "prices" a diamond - what it's worth. Paperwork won't tell you how beautiful the stone is, only YOUR eyes can do that!

I do a little German a little Spanish. But I don't know much French at all. So your English is MUCH, MUCH, MUCH better than my French. We're so thrilled you are here. And you can ask us to explain something we have written if it's hard to understand.
