OK...I know I am due to post some new pictures of the collection.

I have never been a big fan of tennis bracelets.  But this one spoke to me.  It is definitely a fun piece to wear.  And being platinum, it is nice and heavy.  I haven't worn it much yet, as it is so cold here, I am covered in wool and down most days.  I look forward to spring/summer when I can actually show some arm!

I will do some pictures when I get home from vacation.  Sorry...didn't mean to piss of the diamond police! police

I think it's just that pears aren't the trendiest right now-- but they are still beautiful!  And this diamond is special to you, so I definitely think I'd keep it.

I think by setting it in a trendier setting (such as a halo), you will have a lovely piece, and in a few years, pears will probably be the "new big thing"-- you will simply be ahead of the curve.

Thanks Robin!  I think the shapes of diamonds and there popularity come and go throughout the years.  When I got my pear, they seemed rather popular at the time...so hopefully we will experience another "revival"!!  ~Ronda

Totally Ronda! I mean, marquises diamonds seem to have made a comeback, why not pears!!!

I am in Los Angeles!  Loving the warmth!  Although it is only in the 60s today, that is about 50 degrees more than Chicago!  Have done absolutely nothing for 5 days...it has been heaven!  (I did see Blood Diamonds over the weekend with my DBL halo-owning girlfriend...have to research that topic...)

I will be home tomorrow...then, unfortunately back to work.  So, it won't be until the weekend that I can focus on taking pictures.

WOW! i love that crisscross splint shank design. that would look wonderful with icy white diamonds  and a FY  pear. while i have never been a huge pear fan, i may just have changed my mind.
