Ok, well I liked it with the asscher centre, but this is a really sweet combination. Lovely!

I like this much better than with the Asscher center.  But I may be very conservative in this respect-- in general, I, too, like step-cuts with step-cuts and brilliants with brilliants.

I like them with the asscher, but it wasn't in the "really like" category.

However, I think they look great with Trink's brown cushion!

If you were giving the pair (which I love) to me, I would make them into yummy stud earrings.

Well, David, it's honestly not my favorite combination.  I prefer step-cuts with step-cuts, and brilliant cuts with brilliant cuts.  But it's really just my personality because I have an OCD about things matching.

In terms of color, they are quite stunning!

In case I haven't bugged you quite enough yet (which I know I have), I am still waiting for pics of that caramel 2.81 Asscher with icy white Asscher sides.  Just call me a PITA.   Grin

Mikla

This is some combo!!

The "to do list"...let's see...Trinkette- cross that one off.....

Oh this is beautiful.  I really love the way these colors and sizes look together.

What do you think, T?

I like this set much better than the all-white one.

BTW - are you sure you greased the lens properly, David? Grin

You may know this already. But when David does the combos, the only way to get them face up is to put them in a capsule with foam backing and put a plastic top on it. So you are seeing cheap plastic over high dollar diamonds but you have to put them in there to get an idea of the proportion of the center and how it relates to the sides stones.

And the last two combos? They rock. The cushion and the assher one. To me, those are a go.

Hmmm . . . I didn't know that.  Too bad they don't make some type of adjustable metal prongs for this purpose.

They do make a single stone holder that mimics prongs...but I've never seen one for three stones...

I'm originally from North Carolina. We have a belief there that there's not much that can't be manufactured, repaired, or fashioned (i.e. RIGGED) with good old wire and duct tape. Seems like some sort of contraption could be figgered out heer...

Sounds like my husband around the house . . . baling wire and duct tape fixes anything!

Personally, I think it's just a ploy to get me to hire someone to do home repairs!
