Best. Wedding. Ever.

I have photos - I'll upload them to photobucket and post them here tonight. DJ was stunning (not exactly a surprise, but oh, she was beautiful) and it was a pretty amazing day.

I always cry at weddings, but I lost count of the times I had to go and repair my makeup at this one!  Some very emotional moments, and a lot of fun and laughter.

My three year old girl has a crush on DJ's son.  Roll Eyes

David, yes, Elvis DID make an appearance......in the form of my cousin's hubby who ended up with an Elvis wig and did what can only be described as a FABULOUS impersonation to include hip rolls, quivering lip, and the splits at one point.....it was hilarious!!!!  I loved it!!!!!

Jen, my Dad choked me up - he doesn't talk about my Mum much (long, guilt-filled story on his part) so when he started losing it, I was struggling to keep him on track without losing the plot myself.  I think that was when my fake lashes gave up the fight to stay on!!!

Your Dad was so incredibly proud of you! What he said in his speech was such a touching tribute to your Mum.  That was the point where I discovered that there's really no such thing as waterproof mascara, anyway.
