DJM,
Your wife is lovely. Really. Beautiful. Talented. BUT, I'm thinking MAYBE she might benefit from some sort of Travel Wardrobe Intervention.  I realize interventions are very painful – for everyone, but, seriously, I DO think that you will ALL gain from the experience.  At the very least, your wallet will thank you and the bus boys and porters you meet on your travels will thank you.  In addition to the freedom to PURCHASE new wardrobe items while traveling, think how life-changing this could be for your DW.  Kind of like Survivor... it's a tough, greulling experience, but, also, an unforgettable a journey of self-awareness, confidence, and growth.  In the end, I'm sure she'll THANK YOU for it.  Wink

As God is my witness, I have never heard that before. I swear!
I could pretty much figure it out--I was just playing with you re: the Kama Sutra part--but seriously I never heard the phrase "dutch oven" before.

Listen, I grew up in a family of 4 boys and had 4 male cousins that lived practically around the block when we were growing up. Believe me--we'd laugh with the best of them if anything that had to do with farting. I think we pretty much grew out of it after we were 12 years old. I even owned a whoopie cushion at one time--great fun when I was eight!

I called my brothers and they never heard of it before either. (But, we did mange to have a good laugh this morning). One of my brothers said: "Gee..I'm glad you didn't call with a real problem. LOL! I said this was a "real" problem..I feel  I lived a sheltered life....THANK YOU CDI! Grin

Thank you so much, IHADP, I of course checked the link and am now ready to throw up. (But... it's funny in a disgusting way).

Back to Trinkette's wedding -- how exciting that you're getting married so soon. The thrills are growing - I think I'm waiting for my daughters to get engaged - that's still the first step, isn't it!!!

OK...DJM, King of Sick Sense of Humor,  you will appreciate this one.  My Dad's family had a farm ...so he had about 5 brothers and cousins and he would gather them around a "cow patty" with a bucket over it.  Then he would announce to the other boys that he found a half dollar and that it was under this bucket.  Then he said that he would count to 10 and lift the bucket and the first person to grab it, won it!  You can figure out the rest.

How on earth did I get three days behind on this thread??

What an amazing set T!  I am absolutely in love with that jacket style, and they look great with your pendant.  It's going to look so special on your wedding day.

I'm just so insanely excited for you!  EEEKK!

DJM - I never heard the term either.  Don't feel left out.  Actually, after reading the definition, I wish I still hadn't heard of it...   Roll Eyes  Oh, and I don't even own anywhere near 22 pair of shoes.  Where do they store them all?? lol
