Thank you all for your lovely comments. The photos are all casual pics, we didn`t hire an official photographer, just asked friends to take lots, put them on disc and send them to us. I`ve received a disc today with 60 on it but as yet I`ve only had a quick glance at it and I`m expecting another disc tomorrow so we`ll have fun watching the slide shows when we`ve got time at the weekend.
The day was all about our grandchildren, we`re both almost 60 and we wanted them all to have a day to remember because not many grandkids see their grandparents marry, let alone have the chance to be involved in it. The girls loved every minute of it but Mr Awestruck`s 4 year old grandson wasn`t at all impressed about wearing a suit lol and within 10 minutes of the ceremony ending, his jacket was off, his tie was off, his shirt was pulled from out of his trousers and he was rolling a toy truck around the floor and proceeded to torment the littlest girls with it and they were horrified he might spoil their sparkly shoes and declared boys were " -orrible " according to my 3 year old grand daughter !

Lynne, you look amazing! Your crystal bouquet is stunning, too.

Your son is positively bursting with pride, and so he should be. Oh, and your granddaughters are growing up to be so beautiful. They're both adorable. I really love these photos, you can feel the happiness and excitement- I got goosebumps looking at them.

Amelia was excited to see the photos too. Since DJ's wedding, she's been obsessed with brides and weddings. You look "lovely princess" in your dress, apparently. I must say, I have to agree with her.

Congratulations again, and thank you for sharing photos of such a joyful day. All things considered, I'd say that Mr Awestruck is a very lucky man. Wink
