Diamondjunkie is invaluable as a DBL Customer Service Rep. When I started searching for my DSA, I PM’d DJ with four or so choices I was considering. I wish I saved her response / critique for everyone to read because it was incredible. Her response included everything from how the rings/stones faced up to future trade in potential. She even said that one ring would be better because it was a lower profile and wouldn’t catch on sweaters and all. I can’t tell you how impressed I was—I remembered that my DW commented about that once on a ring she had! After that PM, I asked DJ if there was anything in the inventory that she thought I overlooked that was close to what I selected. Again I was blown away with about four (or five) more selections. Each had a small “DJ commentary” which was extremely helpful.  Actually, this is when I named her “Diamond Dear Abby”. She provided such a nice service for me and was so fun to talk to. I encourage everyone here to bounce things off her—you will not be disappointed—she has a great eye, knows DBL inventory backwards and forwards and sees things that you may have overlooked.
At any rate, I wanted to publicly thank DJ for all her help and work she does here behind the scenes. She truly is an asset to this forum--(XY Alliance take note--LOL!)

From 1981 till 2001 I traveled all over America selling diamonds to Jewelry stores.
There's a lot of great people working in our industry- still, I've never met a someone working in a store that I'd consider better than DJ at dealing with people or diamonds- she's a treasure.
