Hola all,

Me and the wife are very excited as we just shipped our FIY to David for placement in the (crosses fingers) beautiful split-shank semi-mount #S03472.  We both are gonna have a hard time these next 4 weeks waiting for "Big Brown Truck"!!!   Cry   Wink

David was super nice and helpful on the phone and we are positive the ring is gonna look fantabulous.  Thanks Again Mr. David!!

Yeah, it'll be a loooong wait, especially delivery day.  I personally think that logistics quadruples the number of minutes in each hour on delivery day. clock 1224

But I hope you'll find that it's worth the wait.  So far, David is batting 1000 around here.   We'll all be waiting to see how lovely your FIY sparkly looks on your DW's hand!

Hola all!!!

Muchas thanks for y'alls great comments on the diamond.  To answer OMC, we are going to have the white diamond halo, in hopes that it would really bring out the color of the center stone.

On another note, I can't believe it has only been 4 days since we put the diamond in the mail.  GRRRRR!! Still have over three weeks to go.

Daniel- that stone has great color all by itself- it's a strong Fancy Intense Yellow.
Still, the contrast will be awesome next to the colorless stones in the halo!
