I am a genuine (fairly new) customer of DBL and thought I'd tell you of my experience with DBL but before I do so, I need to make it clear that if you don't read any further, please read this: BUY WITH CONFIDENCE! You get exactly what you see (if not better).
When I first found DBL it was on Ebay. I spent hours browsing through the auctions but wasn't brave enough to commit! In fact, once (a few years ago) I put in a very very very cheeky offer. David sent me a very polite but "no thank you" email!
Recently I was looking at Ebay again and David had for sale a chameleon type diamond that I just kept going back to gaze at. Finally I decided to email again and ask about it. David's response was prompt and informed and he told me all about the diamond. I asked him TONS of questions and each time he answered with patience and good humour. Because David's replies were so reassuring (and by that time I'd also found this forum), I decided to take the plunge. I am soooooooo glad I did!
My chameleon diamond (that I'd had David put in a ring for me) arrived about a week later. I couldn't fault it. It was exactly, if not better, than described. A beautiful pale vanilla central diamond flanked by double baguettes. Absolutely sensational.
The one thing that maybe you don't see from the photos (or perhaps you do) is how well cut the gemstones are. They are cut to perfection. The settings are also made with quality and excellence in mind. No corners are cut.
Within 2 weeks of my first purchase, I made a second one. This time a lemon heart shape diamond made into a "diamonds by the yard" necklace. It arrived today and I didn't think it possible but it's absolutely knocked me sideways. I adore and love it.
If you want a piece of jewellery that will last you a lifetime, be made by master craftsmen and experience excellent customer service then look no further than DBL. You won't be sorry!!!
