Yes, son, we do remember. Anything else that burdens your soul? Like a baguette, perhaps?

yup...I got this one for DW. It's going to be a matched set with my new wedding band...

Don't you think that will look cool?

The two stones are definitely made one for the other. The settings, I am not so sure, but it's easy to change.

Wear both in health and happiness!

Great choice for sure!  I loved that ring when I saw it in person a few months ago.  I am sure she will love it!

Well, DJM, you've finally set my heart at rest. When I first saw that beauty, I thought, "THAT is for DJM." Then, NO word from DJM. Then I saw the ring had sold, and still, no word from DJM. I thought, "AGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" SO sad that the "perfect" piece of jewelry for Mrs. DJM had slipped through your fingers! Ive been stressing ever since; EACH time I see that ring I've thought of you and, "AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Clearly, this ring is supposed to be YOURS!

So glad to hear that it's found the right home.

Now, don't DO that again!!!

The setting. IIRC, your baguette is going to be set (has been set?) in a very modern, essential ring. This one is in a fairly elaborate micropave. I am not sure they will go together as well as the two stones clearly do, but if you decide you want something closer in looks, it's a lot easier to change either setting than to find a "pair" of stones such as these.

HAHAHAHA!!!!   And this is why I love you T.

I have to tell you that it took a half a second to decide to buy this ring. As soon as I saw David's comment... "R4095...this is such a cool ring..." I was contacting him, lol. That pretty much sealed the deal.

You know, I have to agree with you T, this has DW's name all over it. What is even more amazing is that there are long time CDI friends, like you, that know my taste (and DWs) and really get what are "important" pieces.  We all know how hard and drawn out it was for me to find a long legged yellow baguette....I still think David shudders at the thought of it...LOL. (erm..probably some forum members too for that matter. No comments from you, OMC...ok?  Roll Eyes ). Anywho...I just had to jump on this knowing that a ring like this doesn't come along very often.

Check out this view...isnt she a beauty? lol.

Hi djm, I have to say I'm really happy for you too!  Although I don't know you as well as others do, and without making it sound too wierd...but through the tons of past posts of yours that I've read, I've come to realize what a "good" guy you are!  So anyway, when I saw this ring...and loved it so...I wanted it badly!  The only reason I didn't get it, was becasue my ER is also an emerald cut and I didn't want two rings that looked too alike.  I was hoping it went to someone on CDI that I've come to "know"...

Glad it was you!

Let's do a little experiment. Lets see if Trinkette can address this for me, lol.  (Nothing like putting you on the spot T...HA!!.)

Where is the baguette, DJM? Please, can you link me? (Sorry, I am on the run here, can't search...) Even without seeing the two together, I have a theory, however, I best be sure now... ooops, my ride is here!  Exit-Stage-Right
