I received the one carat bezel set band today. Here it is with my e-ring. It doesn't look too bad with the cathedral setting, but I think I would like a narrower shank, if I stick with the simple solitaire style!

Hey Blondie, I really like that as it is.  I think the wider shank on your cathedral settings works just fine.  Are you sure you want to reset?  It looks great to me!  Plus if you don' reset, that's more money for other sparklies............ Evil Grin

Blondie, I love your band! Actually I love the 3 rings together. I see what you mean about the wide shank; perhaps replacing it with a narrower shank, but it's really gorgeous the way it is!

Looks like a winner as is to me!  rahrah  Why don't you wear it all for awhile and think about it?  You'll probably know EXACTLY what you want in a few months.

Dear Blondie -

I came across this picture and thought of you.  It doesn't have the bezel band but very pretty setting nonetheless.

Oooooohh.Mikla, those last two are beautiful, maybe it's the large diamond I am in love with, can't really even see the setting! lol. I do think it looks fine (the band) paired with my solitaire. I wonder if it's possible to have a jeweler shave some gold off to narrow the shank from over 4 mm, to about 3mm? Any input??

Ignore the size of the center.  Your center is plenty big enough!   Grin

This pic may be slightly better to see the sides . . . I would use a smooth bezel and same carat weight in your band though to match the ring to the band.
