I don't mean to be a tease-- I haven't seen it yet either  Wink.

But Sandra just called me to tell me it's ready.  It's shipping tomorrow, so should be here on Friday morning!

I hope they come early-- I'm going to see my mom on Friday, but she'll just have to wait for the UPS guy  Wink.

This is my most favorite style of pendant so far....I have one like your top half, but the bottom half will have to wait until Rodney gets his other fan, and my Mac gets either fixed or replaced....
Can we please get a flower shot when you get it? It would be a perfect raindrop on a fresh flower...

Well, those are the words I hear.  I'm not sure that's exactly what the recording says.

It's here-- and it is LOVELY!  It's a substantial size, too-- the pear is .90, but has 60% depth, so looks quite large for its size-- bigger, actually, than my ER diamond, which is .96.   I was a little concerned that a stone this size wouldn't make enough of an impact as a pendant-- boy, were my worries unfounded.  It is an ideal size for me.

The bezel around the pear (which was David's idea, BTW) is sooo beautifully done, and the diamonds themselves are SO white!  The pear is actually a G, but has strong fluorescence, so David said he thought it looked like a "D", and I can't argue!

The pear is an I1, and there is one larger carbon spot that's visible on close examination.  However, that makes this diamond PERFECT for a necklace, because of course it just disappears into the sparkle at any distance.  (And allowed me to actually be able to afford this, I might add.)

I'm going to go spend the day with my mom, but when I get back, I'll try to get some pictures.  It's raining right now, so I can't get good outdoor shots anyway.
