So my son, my dad and I were out to lunch together on Wednesday.  We went to a local shop that we like to frequent when I saw it... I knew I had to have it.  Granted it's about a size 6.5-7 so I can only wear it on a few fingers, but I still love it.   It has fantastic finger coverage too.

Okay so it was from a cookie store.  It's a yellow plastic ring that came on top of some flip flop shaped cookies as a bit of "bling" I guess.  My son gave it to me to wear yesterday and I wore it all day.

Today before I had a chance to even put my usual rings on, he gave it to me to wear.  Since we were home today doing laundry and stuff, I figured why not.  I just thought it was cute.  It may not be a diamond (or metal for that matter) but the idea was adorable to me.

He did refuse to share his Percy Train Ring though he got

Ah2 I am glad it made you smile.  My kid has a very kind heart I do admit.  I do hope he keeps that heart of his too for many many years to come.

GIAGirl, we have an awesome family owned bakery in my city that I just love.  The cookies are good and the decorations are fantastic.  Very friendly place there and we are lucky to have it in our neighborhood.  We went there after having lunch at a great Mom & Pop type restaurant in the same block.  I've been eating at these places since I was a kid so I am glad they are around to share with my son.  Just across the street is our favorite playground, one of our pools and the main library.  Awesome area for little ones to be.

Dovesgate I so agree!  My child teaches me new things almost every day.  Seeing the world through their eyes is just wonderful!

I know I couldn't resist.  The next real one will be colorless and rose gold.  I hope to have an update on that on Mon or Tues.

Squigs that is so precious, and so is your son, my grandson is so the same and always reminds me everyday how much he love me.
