I have had the pleasure of taking delivery today another stunning piece from David.  It's just mind-bogglingly lovely AND has arrived in time for my birthday tomorrow.    boobban

The heart is perfect - a real "heart" shape if you know what I mean and it's a much stronger yellow than I thought it would be.  In fact, I'm delighted that it is.  The diamonds in the chain are white, sparkly and I love the way you see the diamonds even if they rotate on the chain.

The stats are:

Heart:  1.02ct, VS1 and U-V in colour
White accent diamonds x 6:  .30tctw, VS and F in colour.
Necklace:  18k yellow gold

PL - I tried to oblige with a neck shot tonight but it didn't really go to plan  Grin  Hubby came out of hospital today after having an operation on his hand and knee.  Sympathetic wife that I am, I asked him to try and take a photo (bearing in mind the poor guy has got a bandage on one hand the size of Great Britain).  This is the result ...........

Lovely piece. Good balance between the centre size and the distance of the diamond links, and very wearable. I call first dibs.

(as for the name, your husband probably would like to call it "The Yellow Peril" or - if he reads Terry Pratchett - "The Golden Diamond of Doom")

Your necklace is divine. And, please tell your DH (I hope he is recovering well, BTW) that his photo was just fine.  I'm so appreciative that you both made the effort to take the shot – it really is great to SEE the necklace on you.  It looks lovely... I love the way the heart works with the DBTY and everything is just the right length on you. I agree with BK, MORE photos, please!

Well I have to see if it's an appropriate match. And to do so means you need to send it my way first. I'm a pro at this. I can't leave it in your hands to decide such a high level matter such as this. Not that you wouldn't eye it well. It's just you can't judge it as well as me. And that is according to me. It might take a couple of years to really give the right answer.
