I`ve fallen in love with this. I realise it isn`t eveybody`s cup of tea but it`s certainly mine. Australian boulder opal, sapphires, diamond and tourmaline. Looks good enough to eat !

Diamonds are like people, put them under a microscope and you`ll always see a flaw but hold them up to the Sun and each and every one is beautiful.

I like the stones, but not the setting. Still, I suppose it's easier that way around than vice versa.

The colour play on that opal is stunning!

I love those colours together.  Beautiful.  The only opals I have are milky ones, the firey black opals are much much more interesting.

Do Opals make my mouth water?  Yes, the good ones definitely do!  To think that nature produced such a rainbow of colour that changes in all lights and when it's moved is just awe inspiring!

I love the mixture of opal, tourmaline, sapphire and diamond and the necklace is very art deco.  It looks like a one-off piece which I'm sure will make it very special.
