There must be a factory secret. I have a professional us - cost me a fortune and it does a better job than the one I bought retail, but still not perfect. Am I becoming obsessive? Should I just get out more? Can I send my entire collection to David once a month for factory secret standard cleaning? Ok, get out more!

If I remember right, Jen, we used to put liquid laundry detergent in ours instead of some fancy jewelry cleaner.  It also kept the water quite hot too.
