my pear shaped diamond remounted!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I really wasn't looking too intently on doing this for awhile but the opportunity came to me sooner than expected courtesy of my mom's generosity!     This diamond has been special to me as it was purchased as gift for the birth of my son and my 30th birthday.  Now it is even more special being given the "remount" from my mom!!!!!!!!!  bighug      It gives this diamond the life that it deserves!  YOu can see a huge difference from the before and after shots!    I have to warn:    PICTURE OVERLOAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   It looks like 3cts!!     I am just THRILLED with how it turned out!!!!!!!  woohoo

 pear   In the side profile shot in between the "notches" under the diamond, there are diamonds stationed in between.   Although they are not seen, I just love the "little" details!

Ok I spent about 10 minutes on this thread!!!!!!!! RONDA!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! So this IS the same pear right??? HOLY SMOKES!!!

I love the setting!! A few pictures showed how the Pear is a bezel, YET it has prongs around it, very subtle!!

And nice Jag and Mercedes!! Smiley

You take the most BEAUTIFUL pics! I love the remount! It DOES look like it's 3 carats! Bless halos! (no pun)
