i would restyle my current ring...the idea that i have been toying with is having a necklace made of it.  i have the center diamond plus 10 accent stones which vary from .15 to .05 in weight.  i was thinking a graduated DBTY with the center stone in a fixed drop.....even my FI approves so i know it's ok!

i know! even for how expensive it is, it really, really, makes an impact that is so worth it! it looked so good on my finger that i was having...."i could take out a personal loan and sell my car" moments! of course, i only said this in my head and my FI would have killed me if i said it out loud, lol.

im glad i didnt get the pink halo.....im starting to think that the classic white halo would be a better choice.

i had a bride come in to buy some things off of her registry and she had a white halo, and then i saw one of my professors today and she had a white halo....

i think the pink more caught my, omg i have never seen that before reaction, rather than my, omg thats perfect for me reaction.  i obviously still have time to iron it out but for now a white halo it is!

i really think it makes any diamond look even bigger!  the only thing i would worry about is that my diamond is an L in color and that the melee would be to white, i wouldnt want my diamond to be pushed up against something so white that it makes it look darker!

i have been keeping it more to myself.  i dont really wan to wear it our so much unil its done for the fact that people will think i have gotten another ring.  on the occasions where i have worn it people have always asked me, what is that? then i say asscher and they look confused and say huh?  and then i laugh to myself while i explain it, lol!
