Your avatar will not stick unless it's a url. We've discovered the issue (too complicated to go into) and are now working on the solution.

Click on your user name - that will take you to your profile.

On the left side there should be three boxes.  Click on "Forum Profile Information" in the Modify Profile box.

The first option that should show up is to change your avatar.

You can either upload a photo or reference a picture stored somewhere else (like on Photobucket or something).



Let me know if you still can't find it!

I noticed a week or so ago that my avatar was gone but sort of forgot about it.  Tonight I planned to change it to my my new ring, but I don't have a url for it and there is nothing to click on to upload a picture.  Is this just me, or a new thing with the avatars I was just a little dense about?  No biggie for me not to have one, but if I am just doing something wrong I would love to fix it.  Thanks!!

One easy fix is to upload your avatar on Photobucket, Picasa or similar, then use that image's URL as the avatar's URL.

Love that ring GL. Did you see how many oooos and ahhhs it got on facebook? We may have to add that one to the line. Such a neat ring. Glad OMC could help with the avatar situation. It's hard to find. It's in the personal profile part of the site.
