We make a lot of different types of jewelry- in fact, there's some large differences in different types of rings and how they are made. Sandra's Collection is made by en extremely fine factory- run by a woman who also supervises design. Key design aspects include a very minimalistic approach. This results in the stones themselves becoming the focal point. Beautiful rounded prongs- as opposed to pointy ones. We have so many gorgeous examples of rings that are included in this collection. But to start, let's show an exclusive, new piece. In this case, the design, purchasing and manufacturing supervision was done by Sandra- my partner in everything. She bought a fairly large parcel of 1/3ct Natural light yellow radiant diamonds in December 2010- that was the inception of this project. More recently, this parcel- which was the part of the puzzle we were waiting for. We used 14 stones from the left hand side- total weight of 1.57cts in colors ranging from Fancy Orangy Brown to Fancy Deep Yellow Brown Orange Green There's 24 Light Yellow Radiant Cut Diamonds totaling 7.26cts That's 40 stones total weight 8.83cts

Great question lc It brings up a few more questions , actually... 1) how would this design work with a non round center? If you look closely, you'll notice the "petals" are not arranger perfectly symmetrical. At first it bothered me- but then, as I looked more and more at the ring, I begin to think that maybe that was done on purpose. So- if the petals are not symmetrical, it might look better- so the fact its' not round might be fine- or even preferable. 2) based on the answer to question 1- we need to figure out the commensurate size- and sure- we can do it- and it will look amazing.
The semi for R3910- 2.46cts total weight in pear shapes- would be $8999 in platinum and 18kt yellow center
As we downsize, we should be able to get the price quite a bit lower. If, for example, we had a total weight of 1 1/2ct total weight pear shapes the price would be $6199.
Would it work with 1.2ct each stones- 1ct total weight? of course that would further drop the price to $4795 But I think a pear needs to be near .20cts to really show the shape.
It's not an inexpensive ring, that's for sure. The workmanship is remarkable on this piece- amazing. It's not the kind of ring we can make a less costly alternative to.
Having said all that- R3708 is certainly worth it.
