Well, I'd love to see it with big 4 point single cut diamond halo in the princess / flower like fashion...with single cut diamond across the shank as well...oh so pretty it would look!  drunken_smilie

How about a double halo? The inner ring of emerald or tsavorite, the outer ring white. Or... maybe a triple halo? Yellow center, tsavorite inner ring, yellow middle ring, white outer ring?

Think this ring but with rounds on the outer ring instead of pears:
