OK, thanks, D, good to know my computer is a dork.  Roll Eyes Figures. However, I'm afraid if I reboot... I'll miss all these lovelies!!!!

wow Have to re-scroll... too much to take in all at once.

Before I go scrolling, first impressions: Love the Glorious, subtle, interesting color on the 1.07 FBY Asscher in the more distant shot. And, the FDBP color is interesting and unusual, very rich... I'd love to see it from more of a distance. Same with the princess.

Speaking of colors, David, I'm curious to know more about, including the measurements, of Ms. Green Tease (the all-natural gal) whom you posted here yesterday... after all, aren't we all supposed to be GOING GREEN these days?  Dancing_biggrin

I apologize GL- There's a lot to be done while we take these into inventory....the prices are being worked on as you read this....

Speaking of green, here's a very interesting stone.
It's a .57ct cushion, the cutter graded it "Light Green"

Today I realized that there is no GIA report.
In the case of any green diamond, the GIA report is absolutely essentail.
As it stands, we'd price this one at $7750.
For such a price, we are not comfortable offering it without the GIA report.
But it is a gorgeous.....

Yes, you did. Then you didn't post any photographs of it. Why is that? Wink

The green is amazing. I am going to be honest and say I have never wanted a green diamond. I never saw one I liked, I didn't get what was special about them. Yellow, pink, blue, oh yes. Green? Meh. That one? OMG. I WANT IT!!! It glows from within, it couldn't be mistaken for a gemstone, it's gloriously green, nonone is going to miss that screaming colour. Oh. Oh. Oh.

Aw fine.... I'll cut you some slack - THIS time.  Since I am broke anyway.

These are all incredible.

Question, what is lighter?  Faint Pink or Very Light Pink?  I am assuming faint is the lightest, but I was curious.

Faint - Very Light - Light - Fancy Light - Fancy - Fancy Intense - Fancy Vivid
                                                                                       Fancy Deep - Fancy Dark

(the last two aren't more saturated, but they are darker in tone than Intense or Vivid)

I'll admit, I just learned something from omc....sometimes coyotes can be pretty smart.....

Great stuff Coyote!!

IN real life, it's sometimes impossible to see the difference between some of the more faint grades.
The 1.62ct round diamond I keep threatening to show you guys got "Faint Pink" from GIA.
However the color is evident.....

Please stay tuned- more pics and vidoes upcoming!!

DBL goes green.
Perfect slogan for the times.
How about this one?

The tough thing about this stone is that , in person, it looks more yellow that in does in photos. the photo below shows more a more realistic yellow, to me.

The fluorescence is wacky on this one- it really turns the stone green!

I'm calling the fl green- but since it's a GIA "Color Origin" report, there's no Fl stat on it.

ITEM #: R2991
Radiant Cut Diamond, Loose

  WEIGHT: 0.97ct
  SHAPE: Radiant Cut
  COLOR: Fancy Greenish Yellow
  CLARITY: VS2
  MEASUREMENTS: 5.54 x 5.19 x 3.63 mm
  TOTAL DEPTH: 69.9%
  FLUORESCENCE: STRONG GREEN
  GIA COLOR REPORT #: 15590024

Price: $5950

PS- I absolutely LOVE the cut of this guy.
It looks pretty large for a stone just under a carat.
The sparkle is dazzling- a perfect example of why I love the "bucket of crushed ice" look. Sparkle from one end of the stone to the other.

There is a story behind this one....
It was, in a manner of speaking, lost for a few years.
Now it's back, to our delight.
ITEM #: R1941
Round Brilliant Diamond, Loose

  WEIGHT: 1.62ct
  SHAPE: Round Brilliant
  COLOR: Faint Pink
  CLARITY: SI1
  MEASUREMENTS: 7.48 - 7.44 x 4.72 mm
  TOTAL DEPTH: 63.3%
  TABLE SIZE: 58%
  POLISH: VG
  SYMMETRY: VG
  FLUORESCENCE: NONE
  GIA REPORT #: 14567150

Price: $55000

It's faint, but the pink is apparent.
Imagine this in an elegant pink gold solitaire.....
From behind the color apparent as well

We've actually never seen the GIA report- we're supposed to get it Monday.
I believe the SI1 is due to the grain lines, visible in this photo, all but impossible to see naked eye.

For example, a 1.04 "natural black" Pear shape diamond.
Which is just a rather opaque brown, of you ask me.... Evil.
