Just wanted to say that I'm loving the new gem stone earrings that have appeared on the web site - my faves are the pink sapphires, and also the garnet hearts.  Garnet is my birth stone!

We put these together as an experiment- to see how folks like them.
We use the heavy weight parts, and our best setters.




Above is a set of the pink sapphires Carol mentioned....
We put them in white gold Martini settings



They're so bubble gummy!

I know the jeweler that designed (and maybe patented?) the martini setting.  He worked for one of the local jewelers.  He was very good with original designs, using CAD for casting, etc.  But, he got very P.O'd with the owner of the store and quit. smackdownguys   

I can't find where this jeweler is now working   1237387oyy519k20r


Fortunately, I found David on eBay Grin, and have joined a new family of jewelry lovers!  smileyparty  And there is never a dull moment around here!

I love the topaz earrings...the blue hearts are lovely...but possibly a bit on the big size for me to wear.

But I am tempted! A 1 tcw and I'd be unable to resist!

Since David has a store on ebay, I believe that he would increase his clientele significantly by having colored gems for sell.  I have been buying on ebay since January 2002, and chronically looking for colored gems and for the past 9 months, colored diamonds.  The first time I got a hit for DBL or one that actually caught my attention was about four months ago, yet David has been selling on ebay since November of 1999.
 
I wish I would have been shopping with David for the past seven years, and if he knew the  7 I have spent, he probably does too!

Due to my first hand experience, I believe that offering colored gems would definitely increase the number of hits on his ebay store, and inadvertently the number of diamond sales
(But, David, you've got to do something about those ebay pictures; the garnets look almost black.)
