Regardless how I think/feel about the individual makes of the diamonds, the more I view them, at least in these ultra close-up photos, the less I see the square vivids as a pair. The overall cut, and in turn, design/look of each is different enough for me that it diminishes what they have going for them in terms of their similar color and size. It could be that once they are set, as earrings maybe, I wouldn't notice their individual-isms so much...  dontknow

OK, let us be honest, I am a totally neurotic, persnickity, self-doubter. I WOULD notice their differences and, then, I would fret about having spent so much money on pieces that are "obviously" not perfection... I'm sorry, maybe it is just me.

Hey DL!!
The Asscher you spoke about was sold- my wife still misses that one- and seeing this one brought the whole conversation to the forefront again!
She's very happy when we sell somethign- and many times we've sold things she's really loved- but that stone was special.

Of course, so is this one!
