Thatīs beautiful! I was telling Squiggly I wanted a similar mount to hers except more rounded, with a cushion more likely.
The setting looks great with a pear and the split shank gives me more food for thought!
NICE!

I love this (yeah shocker there right?  Grin)

I think the split shank is perfect for the pear shape diamond too.  I can easily see this working well all kinds of shapes too.  PtyMom, after seeing this version of the ring, I can very easily picture a cushion in a setting like that.  Good luck deciding when the time is right Wink

Someone is going to be very happy with that ring!

What a fluid and organic looking design. How lovely!

It would look STUNNING with a cushion centre stone too. It works beautifully with that pear.

Gorgeous design, beautifully executed.

I can't add any more - it IS fluid and organic, different, and elegant.  Gives a stone added importance without diverting the eye from  it.  Just lovely.  What a great variation on the original Squig-mount!

OMG.  I am always checking out Squig's profile pic because I heart her ring so much.  That's what I want, when I have enough $$ for my perfect greenish-brownish-yellow "hazel" stone.  (THAT *SOMEBODY* TURNED INTO HALF OF A PERFECT PAIR OF DAISY EARRINGS AND BROKE MY WIDDLE HEART, NOT THAT I AM BITTER OR ANYTHING).  Is there a size constraint for how small-large the stone can be?

So fluid and elegant - and the split shank works very well.  I also really like the white gold and rose gold together - and the way the rose gold works with the stone.  Beautiful.

Lucky you on the ring!  I think that one is lovely and I even thought of buying it for a short while.  Only thing holding me back was that it is so close in style to my ring.  So of course I love it!!!!
