Emerald cuts in yellow are very rare, and one of such a large size even more so.

You guys and gals are terrific!    :)Thank you for all of the compliments!  I don't think this is a trade up item.   Sorry to say.  I have always loved ECs.  I can't imagine improving on this ring.  I can imagine having another one.  Ha ha.  I have a little (.88) ec I bought many years ago.  I'll photo it when I get some time this week (I am a school counselor and the kids are on break this week!).  It was cut in the late 1800s.  Very pretty.  4

Thank you, David, for the really nice photos of 3.03.  I never had a chance to save them when they were on the site.  I thought she was a w-x.  Are you sure about the u-v?  I might have to trade her in after all  Grin
