I keep coming back to look at this ring.  It really is stunning.  I absolutely love the shape of the small halo around the ring.  Really gives a unique look that is awesome!

She said yes!

The ring is amazing.  She was also very surprised as she really didn't think that I would have the ring so soon. (I might have fibbed a bit and told her it would take several months!)  Her birthday was earlier this week and we were out to celebrate it with a group of our friends.  After seeing a show with our motley crew, we went into one of my favorite establishments--the one where I first met my lovely blonde.  I gathered people around our table as I had a large box of delicious cupcakes and had them start singing happy birthday.  As we neared the end of the song, I lifted the lid of the box.  As she was reading, I reached into my pocket for the ring and dropped to one knee.  She said yes, and now we are engaged!

There are a few photos attached and I'm sure that we will have more as there were quite a few cameras around.  Thank you so much David!  The ring is exquisite for sure.

David:  Thank you so much for this amazing ring!  It really turned out spectacular and that center stone is just amazing.

My lovely blonde has no idea how much I actually paid for this ring, but she thinks (after going to many of the local jewelers with me) that I spent 2-3 times what I actually did.  FIY/FVY stones in ornate settings around here have huge mark-up!  Actually, I could probably just say that rings around here have huge mark-up.  You saved me a literal fortune and gave us a unique ring with amazing quality and craftsmanship.  Thank you!

It's too bad you didn't send me some business cards in the box, as I have been giving the website to so many people (mostly women, but an occasional gent too).  I'd say we're likely to see some uptick in the number of fancy colored diamonds around these parts in the future.

Crh, your comment about business cards made me smile because I was thinking I need some myself.  I have a lot of people (strangers even) who comment and ask where I got my Y-Z.  I bet your stone gets even more looks since it is so amazingly bright!
