Hello to all of my fellow enthusiasts!  My mother trained me well, I received my very first piece of diamond jewelry at the age of twelve and I have not stopped since!  I keep a personal  motto that the gold standard is the gold and diamond standard.  Whether giving, receiving, or spoiling oneself, diamonds have always been my number one choice.  I was introduced to colored diamonds by none other that P. Diddy on my television.  He was waiving his pinky finger off of which dangled a 20+ canary diamond.  At that point he declared that diamonds were a mans best friend as well.  I can't agree more!  Diamonds should be enjoyed by all!  As far a colored diamonds go, i tend to lean more toward the pinks, champagnes, and browns.  My wedding band was my first colored diamond purchase and it includes 1carat of champagne diamonds.  I also own a champagne halo which at the center contains a 4carat smoky quartz.  Whether a colored diamond is the star, or playing a supporting role, it adds beauty and depth to any piece of jewelry.  I cannot wait to save up the money for my next little splurge!  I'll be working extra hours this summer!

Welcome to the forum. As for voting, I waffle between pink and yellow. But then I go for the orange or orangish. So it depends on the day and the diamond!

the er is a .80 princess cut I1 H color and the 14K band contains another .75 of channel set princess diamonds of roughly the same quality.

the band contains 1.0 of champagne diamonds that are not graded but are eye clean as far as i can tell and .25 of white diamonds.

hello and welcome! within 5 days of being here i have begun the process of purchasing an asscher to eventually have set in a pink halo! the DSA's happen quick around here!

Wow I just love your ring, the pink halo very unique. I have always been intrigued by Asscher cuts, I love looking into them. It is like looking into a hallway of mirrors, very fascinating! I took another pic of my ring I take pics under the light of my stove because it is so bright! We have not had much sunlight here lately but once it comes out, I will take a pic in the sun of it. It really sparkles then.
