Just wanted to stop in a say hi to everyone. I have already discovered that there is a wealth of information here. I love diamonds and recently discovered diamonds that are not totally white. My husband traded in my 1.90 carat I S2 for a 3.25 carat N VS-2. I know that the "N" indicates that it is a low color but it is absolutely beautiful. When the salesperson first showed it to me I immediately said that it was too yellow. However, when I went back with my girlfriend to show it to her I decided that I really, really like the color. And there are no flaws that you can see. It's a real sparkler (is that a word?). LOL The only reason that I was not going to get it was because of the low color grade. I quickly got over that once I decided that it is absolutely beautiful regardless of the grade. Depending on the light it sometimes looks white and other times it definately is yellow - both looks are great! Anyway, that's my story. Thanks to everyone for all of your knowledge. I look forward to learning a lot more. I took a couple of pictures of it but they didn't turn out. I will try again so that you can see how lovely it is.

Welcome!!  I hear you on the low colors.  I've been drawn in to them for a very long time now.  Do you have photos of your pretty sparkler?  I'd love to see it.

Yes, I do have pictures. Now I am trying to figure out how to post it as it is not saved as one of the approved file types. Finally figured it out. Here is one of the pictures. All of the rest are blurry so I'll need to take some others.
