Well said Lovecolor!! I was thinking the same thing myself. I am so glad I did not buy a couple of those enamel rings now after hearing what OMC had to say. I am constantly dinging my hands on things. I have 3 children, two of which are under the age of three. I would have destroyed those rings in no time. Ha we can call him the Mr. Miyagi (Karate Kid) of the jewelry world  Wink.

Mrs. Mitchell-
Thanks for the reply and welcome! So far it has been a very warm welcome.

Cigwli-That is funny I make that same statement about needing to win the lottery but I guess playing would help, all of the time too funny. I have already learned so much from this site in the week I have been on it's great. I love the look of enamel but if I buy a piece it will only be worn on very special occasions. I agree with you on the stackers. I think they will be around for a while and if/when they go out of style hang on to them because lord knows they'll come back around.

OMC-
Thanks again for that info. I have really been loving the look of enamel and at one time even thought about incorporating it into my new ER. Now that is completely out of the question thanks to you. You saved me a lot of money and more importantly head and heartache. After loosing the center stone out of my ER I don't think I could handle another upset so soon. You're the MAN hail

OMC, you are always available to offer your great wealth of information and overall good common sense!  I have to say that I truly enjoy your undeniable wisdom and quite often witty replies to jewelry and other inquires...on behalf of all the newbies, I thank you!         notworthy

Hey, Kris34!  Welcome aboard.  I'm not around very much these days - sometimes I don't even log on for 3-4 days at a time, so apologies for the late welcome.

And lovecolor, it's not just the newbies that enjoy OMC's entertaining and/or educational remarks.  Trust me on this one.  He's one of a kind and we are so lucky he likes to play in this sandbox.   Kiss
