Hi!

I have not visited the diamondsbylauren site in a while so I was thrilled to find this forum!  I have the distinct honor of being David's first customer when he started his web site.  I watched ebay daily and patiently waited to find a yellow stone.  I was thrilled one day when I found his new web site and my long-awaited radiant cut yellow stone which was made into a ring flanked by two white asschers.   That was probably two or three years ago and I still wear the ring daily and love it as much today as I did the day it arrived. 

I've enjoyed reading some of the posts and love drooling over everyone's DBL treasures.  The site has come a long way since it began so hats off to webmistress and everyone involved with creating it...along with all the treasures found on it!

I am having a very difficult time getting a photo of my ring.  I'll keep trying to see if I can get a close up.  Any tips?

Thanks for the tips!  I was able to get some decent photos this afternoon since the lighting was absolutely perfect!

I can't get the attachment to work since the file is too large.   Cry    I tried resizing the photo with no luck so I'll have to keep playing with it and see if I can figure out how to do it.

I am so glad I found this forum!  I was looking down at my ring the other day and it was somehow speaking to me that I should check out the web site.  Although I am not currently shopping for anything in particular, reading your messages sure makes it tempting!!  The yellows are my favorites but the pinks are absolutely to die for!

As a matter of fact, I have!  I was just talking to a friend the other night about just that and I told her to go on the DBL site to check them out.  When my ring was made the halos were not offered or popular but now I am wishing I had it set that way. 

BTW, I don't think I ever gave specs on my ring.  The center stone is a .70 Y-Z and the side asschers total .46.   Not screamin' large by any means but a nice size. 

I did finally manage to get a hand shot, which I might add was no easy task!  Kudos to all of you who pull it off with success.
