Drunk,  hanging all over Nathan I ask, sluring my words..."Are you single Honey...Do you have a brother??"

Just kidding...I have a boyfriend who did not buy me the Blue or the 3.04FLY...just a little bitter.

Congrats! Any idea what the style is? Full or half bezel? I got my husband a gents ring not too long ago, and he wears it all the time Smiley

Yellow center or white?  Either way, it sounds fabulous!  David finds some remarkable rubies and I am sure you won't be disappointed.   Smiley

the center is the .72 natural fancy yellow emerald  cut that
David is offering, flanked by the 2 rubies on either side.

I am excited, i almost did not do this ring because I thought the ec stone as too small, and might get lost. However then I thought, the color of rubies in an ec cut would make the stone pop.

I also wanted the yellow to be evident. I know that ec cuts in this color are hard to come by, so that is why I  made my decision.

You are right rio.  There are quite a few of us sitting back and biding our time for yellow ECs......they never last long.

I never ever thought I wanted a step cut until I saw yours WM.  Your collection is simple perfection - all of it!  What are the details on your studs?

ACK!  Sorry Rio!  I posted in the wrong thread!   Blond-Moment

Your ring sounds like it will be phenomenal!

Hi Guys- it is so darn tough for me to capture rubies' color.
I feel like a really get the essence of the yellow diamonds- but rubies that look incredibly rich ruby red in person often photograph pink or purple...
Anyway this pair is 1.66carats total amazing match for the yellow emerald
