Customer service is so very important to us.For questions about items you've already purchased, and are awaiting shipment on- please call us at 877-952-8736- and speak to Marc or me.
It really helps if you know your name and R number.
In surveys over 99% of our customers knew at least one of those.Let's talk about the type of questions- or people -that would rather use email.
I attempt to answer all the emails I get- of course I have yet to fit more than 24 hours in a day.
The hundreds of email questions we get a week highlight means a few might slip thru the cracks.
This highlights the benefits of this forum- and how we can use it for customer service.
Here, I am lucky to have the most qualified assistance a person could ask for, specifically for CDI.
CDI members have easier access to getting questions answered - or ideas tossed around.
They can post a thread, or ask a question in an existing one!

In some cases, questions are better handled privately.For CDI members with questions about items you already own, trade ups, service, possible rings or diamonds you are considering for purchase....etc...if your email does not get a reply, Please PM DiamondJunkie
