Where is this stone?
« on: September 30, 2015, 09:16:43 AM »
Hi, I can't find this stone on the website.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yVIE3qqIebc

I'm curious... are y'all setting it?
Did someone already scoop it up?
Just not listed yet?

Thanks for reading!

I think it's a case of "not listed yet" - sometimes it takes a while to update the website fully. It is also not totally unknown for someone to have bought the item before it appears on the site at all; give David a call, and he'll be able to tell you for sure.

HI Virtualfire!
Thank you for posting and reading!

The oval, R6550 was sold before it hit the site.
We did recently add a similar oval, set into a custom made ring, to the site here

We can generally find stones in the size and color range relatively easy ( or more accurately, easier than certain other color/size/shape combos)

Please feel free to give us a call anytime to discuss

It was a lovely stone sherylsbuys!
We've had a lot of requests for a repeat.
It's actually pretty hard to find nice ovals- with the popularity of cushions, cutters tend to take that route.

Nice oval, and faces up huge.

Am I wrong, or after a long-ish period of almost exclusively white gold dominance, yellow is back in fashion? I'm not talking specifically of DBL pieces where coloured metal and stones have always been "normal", but of the broader jewellery market.

Interesting question OMC!
Our perspective is so limited as to be worthless- because our clients are so special anyway:)

Personally, I love the rich look of 18kt yellow gold
