Phantom PM
« on: July 27, 2009, 11:59:00 AM »
:webmistress:  I seem to be having a problem - and yeah, it's probably a personal issue - but I keep getting a notification that I have a new PM, which then won't open.  I can understand the not opening since that function is supposed to be turned off; but how do I stop this error from appearing every time I log in to CDI?  Can you help me, please? :N1Please2HL1:

ROFL!!! Nice to see there was a simple explanation!
The IT people in my office call this an interface error between chair and keyboard... ;D

Hmmm. I'm gone right now. But I'll seen. I get back Sat so if it's not resolved, send D an email and then he'll forward.

I went in the database and did delete a pm. Let me know if that did the trick.

Ugh. I'm not sure what else to do. Geez. David's fault entirely. I'll try other things.

Thanks, Meb Wistress!  I'll check it out the next time I log in to the forum.  I'm getting a lot better at hitting cancel instead of accept these days.  ;D

Thank goodness. I may have to throw something at David for doing that to us.
