The pear is a bit too small for a ring (IMHO), but would sooooo pretty as a halo pendant.  Maybe a pink halo instead of white?  Actually it would also be quite pretty set into a band.  Just love her!

I think it could be a lovely double halo. One halo with white around the pear and another pink halo around that. That would definitely make it a stunning centerpiece and make it a more substantial ring.

Update....
We decided not to stock these stones- lovely as they were.
We could not come to agreement with the guy who brought them from India..........

Newer Update ( after calling my Indian friend on his cell phone)
They are still available.....

The pair of cushions were around 1/2ct tw, and would be about $9500
Certainly , if we had a blue for the center, these guys would be great candidates for side stones

He's going to bring them back tomorrow, and I'll give you guys measurements

Would they work with a white center. A lot of people love pink diamond side stones.

But really.... can you see that cute little FIOP pear next to a FVYO oval next to a soft white round on a big-a** 18kt hammered gold bangle?  cat (NOM!)   ...or just as bad, that cute little FIOP in a white halo, where the whynot 2k in a pink halo could be used as an enhancer on pearls, or a dangle from the pear?  BangHead BangHead BangHead

Measurments of the cushions!

Stone 1:
.30cts
3.8 x 3.4 x 2.62
SI1

Stone 2
.24cts
3.6 x 3.41 x 2.20
GIA might give it an I1, but it's a very very good I1

Oh yeah! That would be what I'd do with them. These are just lovely and I wish they could be mine.
Sigh. I'd like them with a white centre stone as a three stone (E-W) necklace, too.

Oh yeah that is a great idea. I thought it was a picture of the same diamond until I saw that suggestion. A PAIR of pinks? Wow. Wow. Wow.

In the smooth halo or the lady di halo like below.
