if it's true, i have mixed feelings. i guess it would be nice to see these fancy diamonds being worn, instead of disappearing into a japanese businessman's vault. kind of like the poltimore.

I don't think they are going to be worn. They will disappear in an English (pardon me, British) vault instead of a Japanese one.

Heck, Mrs OMC doesn't manage to wear all the jewelry we have, and the Queen's collection is already four orders of magnitude bigger... Wink

in this economy, I agree. It seems the British Royal family can't do anything right with regards to this wedding. They are being criticized for everything. still, I would think someday when the economy recovers, the jewels would make an appearance.... maybe on Queen Catherine Grin
