Once you get started down the path you can hear the river.
It was very hot the day we went. Maybe about 95degrees.
By the time we got to the bottom it was cool. The air had a wonderful ...mistiness to it.

The water was crystal clear.
There were crabs and a lot of fish to be seen.

What a wonderful, almost secret, place.  I've never heard of it before; but if I ever do get to Israel,  I'll want to visit here.  Do you know any of the history of the falls?  There has got to be some.

This was the view from the parking lot at the watefall.
IN the distance you can see something on the mound in the distance.
If it was clear you could see the Hermon- the Israeli Ski Resort.
Yes, they get snow in the winter up there.

BUt you can see the close up of that mound...there's something up there....

What an incredible place Israel is. I would love to visit.

The waterfall is so beautiful and so lush with greenery. Such a contrast to the fort on the mound.

I like the photo with the crab in it too!
