Thanks, Sparkly and Robin. My Mom takes Fosamax. sheesh. Makes me wonder if she had to have a knee replaced because of taking it. She had a buildup of dead bone cells in one knee and a lot of pain. I don't remember the technical term, I'm sorry.
And I'm glad to see I'm doing a few things right. I still have some room to go with glutens - but I am pretty spare with them, if not the boys. I only use olive oil or unsalted butter to cook. I have to mention the butter because sometimes I use it, but I've found this pump can called MISTO - trademarked, I believe, that you can use to turn any liquid into an aerosol. It's easy to use and lasts as long as any can of PAM or such I've ever bought, without having fluorocarbons released into the atmosphere. Tastes better than the canned sprays, too. Dishwasher safe.

I do TRY to introduce raw vegetables into our diet. So far my DH is highly resistant, as is my DSS. We'll see if he's gotten any more open minded in the past year. 2 carnivores, I live with. I'd never make a Vegan, but my preferred diet leans in that direction.
Sigh, I had my last 2 houses in TX on filtered water. It was wonderful. Tasted great, and no mineral buildups, anywhere. If and when we buy a house, I'll probably put a system in. It does wonders for the life of every appliance that uses water. My shower tile and glass walls never had a waterspot problem. And you only need the guys to come out once a year to replace the charcoal and test the system.
Still doing much better in the bedside dance arena. I've only had 2 incidences of cramps since you guys have started writing, and one was this morning and didn't happen until long after I'm normally up and drinking water. (and I'm using a little sample size of L'Occitane Verena soap. So far my DH hasn't noticed, but certainly enjoys sleeping through some of the nights.)
