My son and husband are currently out trick or treating.  There was a hint of a rain so we've only had 1 person so far.  I hope as the rain dies down we'll get more.  We have a *ton* of candy here.

I don't even want to think about the holidays though.  I did do 90% of my shopping already but I need to wrap things up.  Maybe tomorrow when my son is in school.  I could kick myself for volunteering the way I do every year with stuff at my church.  Makes all holidays a bit crazy Wink

Holiday season? Presents? Oh dear. I used to be such an early planner. After my girl was born I turned into a mess and never snapped out of it. I should really get my act together. Last year´s holidays kind of blew over me like a storm. They were over by the time I realized what hit me.

Happy Halloween!

My son's birthday falls right after Thanksgiving.  Then I am swamped with stuff at church usually in addition to celebrating a handful of other birthdays between November and the 1st of the year.

So I do all the holiday shopping and my son's birthday shopping early.  Holiday cards are done by the end of November as well.  Otherwise I really do go nuts.

We're having some major changes going on w/in the church too which is making music stuff even more stressful for me.  So ever since my son was born I have had to get my act together.  The year he was born the tree was never officially put up.  I started to, went into labor and it sat there until February half fluffed Grin

I had so much fun tonight looking at the kids and passing out candy though.  It is one of my husband's favorite holidays so I enjoy watching him go crazy happy doing everything Smiley
