Awwwww thanks girls and thank you Ronda for starting this:)

Yup, my gawwwgous halo is my Christmas/Vday/Anniv gift and I'm still smitten.  Funny how our husbands/boyfriends can be alike or not so... With me, he's usually ok with me asking about buying things, but after he saw the thread of what we all bought in 2006??  Grin

I was telling some of the girls that we have become more lax and are in a comfortable spot... Funny how that happens:)

We had to do an early lunch as he has classes till 10:30 pm and most places are closed---oh to live in NYC; the city that doesn't sleep (I LOVE NYC!!!!!!!)

We eat at Legal Seafood, and I had some yummy fried shrimp.  Their food is supposed to be from Maine I heard? Not sure if that's true.

Dan's Tattoo was his gift.  I'll attach a pic of it here! Thanks again girls *hugs*

I think it gets really hard to make them special after a while.  We went all out for our first and second, and since we have had commitments with other people on all of them.   This year will be our 5th and we have to go to someone else's party.   dontknow

I love the picture of the kitty looking at his tattoo!  I am sorry for being lame, but I cannot tell if that is his arm or his leg?Huh?  tongue3

Dan is just thrilled w/ his tat!!! Seriously, the shading and detail are just amazing!!! Some of his co-workers said that the artist did fantabulous and it's done better than you'd see on average.  That was comforting.  I mean, in retrospect? I didn't think of what would happen if they did a bad job! It's permanent--although there's laser removal.

But the place we went to http://www.jinxproof...ttoos.com/jphome.htm is supposed to be the best in the No. VA/DC area.  The female artist is the one who did Dans.  He wants another already!!!  Roll Eyes

Tats hurt..........but the laser removal pain is FAR WORSE!!!

Thanks again girls!! The tattoo he said didn't hurt to bad, as he was expecting far worse.  The tail and head hurt the most as it was near the sensitive part of his arm.  The lady said the crook of your arm (where it bends) is VERY sensitive inside and out!!!

I was wondering about tat removal.  I saw some pictures (before, during, after) and right then I said, "NO WAY!!" =)

That stinks about even after you get a tattoo removed, it's not 100% removed.  I bet over time things will get better w/ that process
