Well, I picked Asscher and radiant, because that's what I seem to gravitate to.

I love ECs and cushions, though.  I don't have either one... although there is one HECK of a cushion sapphire hidden in this house right now.  (I've looked and looked, too.  Can't find the Blue anywhere!  Undecided Huh? Undecided  During the several months that my Asscher was waiting for me, I always knew where it was.  But I haven't seen the Blue since the day she arrived.)

Speaking of radiants, I did, however, buy this to console myself while I wait.

It's being made into a solitaire E/W pendant which I'll wear with the yellow radiant studs I bought from IHADP.

Well I`ve collected my fair share of heart shaped diamonds ( earrings, 2 rings ) but my necklace when it arrives will be the last heart shaped diamond I`ll buy.
I`ve got twin pears and also a small-ish radiant from David, plus the RB in my sapphire pendant but the one I hanker for next has got to be a 3 stone cushion ring. There`s one on the site which I`ve loved since the first day I arrived. Hopefully it will still be there when my funds are replenished. So I guess my choices have to be heart shape and cushion shape.

Diamonds are like people, put them under a microscope and you`ll always see a flaw but hold them up to the Sun and each and every one is beautiful.

wow robin- thats some consolation prize! beautiful.

sanchia- i know! i am very excited about my yellow asscher. it was love at first site.  you said something about it being a nice RHR, i have so many of those that i was hoping to wear it as a middle finger ring, so i could wear one of my cocktail rings  next to it. but maybe your right, maybe it is a stand alone ring..... i guess i'll wait and see.

I am glad you are nosey...I love telling people about it! I chose a light yellow radiant for the center stone. It is R2641...David and crew are setting it right now! I cannot wait to have it on my finger!!!!

It's not gorgeous - it's STUNNING!

Too fast, RIFMN to be precise...

So I consoled myself with a light green instead (envy green - nice tinge). Grin

Well - enjoy, and remember who called first (and 36th) dibs on it.  Cheesy

Awww, to bad OMC.  I just hate it when something gets snagged FRUMN.  But, GREAT snag Saqsay!  Congratulations on a killer piece.

Robin: So, YOU'RE the one! I asked about that diamond, but, you got there first.  What a lovely purchase.  Yup... it disappeared RFUMN! I hope it keeps you happy.

Ezellad, you snagged YOURS before I could ask about it!  Another lovely diamond, gone, RFUMN. I am eager to see it set... congratulations.  Wave

Dear Saqsay:

What are the specs on "my yellow Asscher"?  I don't see it on the web site.

Awesome pure color on the Asscher!

Nice stone, Robin.  It looks to have a chunky cut (could just be the magnified pictures) which I love.  I'd love to see the completed piece . . . it sounds TDF!

The stone is still there, under "sold items"

http://rockdiamond.c...p;action=show_detail

BTW - saqsay, if you have the 0.83, then the 0.93 is still for sale, right?  Evil

what i mean't to say was that this ring was a trade up. the .93  FLY was sold loose. david told me it sold in less than 12 hrs of being posted (the .93). the 3 stone ring is .83 FY .... i'm not sure how long it was posted on ebay for. but i called as soon as i saw it. then called again & again until david answered.................

A-ha. I understand. So there's two yellow Asschers; I didn't know that, and I assumed that ring was made with the 0.93 as centre stone (and that "0.83" was a typo)

That being the case, you didn't snatch anything FRUMN - not that my dibs call doesn't stand.

I still wonder where the 0.93 went, though.
