We don't celebrate this holiday in the UK, but well, I'm still thankful. You guys are great, and I'm so thankful for the amazing  friends I've made here. Oh, and DJM, of course.  Grin

We donīt celebrate this holiday in Panama, but Iīve always thought itīs a beautiful idea for a holiday.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! It has been a wonderful day full of fantastic food and family time. I'm currently waiting for my husband to finish playing poker. It's just him, my dad, a family friend, and my aunts' boyfriend left vying for the pot. These guys crack me up!

I hope everyone else's day has been as nice!

We are doing our celebration today.  We had a lot done around the house here at least.  Both trees are up, cookies and cranberry sauce were made and I even went to church in the morning to lead the music as I do now and then.  Talked to family and will see the rest of them today.

No shopping here for me... I'll wait until Monday to see if there are any good deals on a receiver Grin

Oh that sounds WONDERFUL.  This is my all time favorite season.  I've been playing Christmas hymns for days, decorations are out, things are moving!!!  Church is also so magical this time of year.  My father is the minister so that doesn't hurt anything!  My kids are also in catholic school, so this time of year is full of joy and giving there as well.  We just finished trimming trees in each classroom that get auctioned off, money given to various organizations that help people at this time and the actual trees given to people that can't afford their own.  It makes me tearful just thinking about it!

I did much of my shopping last night!  I have three kids and two are now done-this is a first for me!
