Good news (?) - I saw the doc today to get malaria meds and vaccinations for the honeymoon, and he figures the shoulder pain is tendonitis, not a rotator cuff injury.  Am gonna try hitting it with a NSAID for a few days to see if that helps.

I've basically got the green light to go back easy to the gym...  not enough time, though!

Well gemelli, if you do have a rotator cuff injury, find a good arthroscopic ortho surgeon. That recovery is much easier.

I just wanted to shout out a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to AZ and DJ!!!

I received my Billy Banks DVD from AZ and my goody box from DJ this week(it included socks, cute stickers, skipping rope, a watch, gum 4 meal bars---Zones my fav) a book, 4 workout mags and a 1 yr subscription to one of them)

Can't wait to use all of it---THANKS AGAIN!!! Smiley
