This made me laugh. Like someone who's picked out tens of thousands (maybe hundreds of thousands) of diamonds has a humble opinion? Not hardly!  After seeing that You Tube, I think not. That is so delicious. I love how the movies get the depth of the sparkle more than anything else.

Oh, David you'll have to see if those will work proportion wise. That could look really nice.

Hi ALl!
I'd think these 1.24's would need at least 5.00carats in a square- or a long 4 plus carat...
Maybe I'm wrong... here's how they look with the 2.89ct

What do y'all think?

Yeah, I think a larger center is needed with those sides...

Oh, I was really hoping this would work-- but those sides are HUGE.  I mean, that's a really big radiant, but it's not big enough  Undecided.

It's a great idea, though-- is that a really difficult stone shape to find?  IOW, could you find a smaller pair?  (Just trying to help Elizabeth out here  angel.)

Whodathought those side stones were that big? Goes to show you, you can't match up a center and side stones very well. They do overwhelm the center.
