Imagine that! You would think they would let you know that they were going to start using it.

BTW - I really like that little segment. I just showed it to my sister a week or so ago. My favorite part is when you took him to the factory and interviewed the cutter.

interviewed the cutter? the only segment i've seen is david on the street, and then in his office. what show is the clip from? i want to watch the whole thing but i don't know what it's called.

It was made as part of a pilot.
It was supposed to be a show about shopping all over the world. The show, starring Ian Grant, was never picked up.

If anyone has seen the travel channel spot, I'd love to know about it.
The person who called said that Diamonds by Lauren was specifically mentioned- and that I was also in the clip.
But he'd also seen the youtube and mentioned the Travel Channel spot was shorter

How cool is that?

My son is sitting next to me calming down before bedtime and yelled out "Pretty shinies" when he saw the diamond you were holding. He loves looking at jewelry already. I say smart kid!

I don't watch the Travel Channel a lot anymore (Disney Channel is on here more Wink

) but if I do see it I'll let you know. I wonder if we could find the show and record it somehow.
