Hi guys,
This guy is really tough to capture with the camera.
I have some pretty bright lights I use- some of which make it look very yellow...

And another which makes it look almost white!

What is making this one a budget? The cut is beyond amazing, in fact, I think its the prettiest cut radiant you have offered.

Ok, let me make some silly guesses, I have a fever so silly is ok, right? S color, odd flor, slightly off center cutting, and a almost invisible booger at 7:00? Still one of the prettiest radiants ever posted, and I love the cut.

Hi Everyone!
The reasons for the price:
* the color- this is about the least expensive color in a diamond.
*Our access to cutters. At the point of cutting, this color of stone is the least expensive.
It's a nice cut, there's no "off center" problem- but it's a "top". It was sawed off a larger piece to facilitate the best cut on the larger portion. That's where the cutter makes his money.
Plus we run a tight ship- the stone could easily be $3000+
This one is less than $2500

WEIGHT: 1.02ct
SHAPE: Radiant Cut
COLOR: U-V, Natural Light Yellow
CLARITY: VS1
MEASUREMENTS: 7.20 x 4.80 x 3.23 mm
TOTAL DEPTH: 67.3%
FLUORESCENCE: STRONG BLUE
No GIA on this one

As for being the least expensive color? I say BRING IT ON!!! I love the U-V color! Definitely yellow and not mistaken as "tinted" IMO.

I love a radiant with some longitude. That facet pattern is cool, too.

LOL David, I went to the link to check out this gorgeous beauty and cracked up right out loud at your description: "Speaking bluntly, it's a bitch trying to capture the color with the camera."
Value of David's diamonds: extraordinary; Value of write-ups: priceless

No I don't remember that one..

OIf course I remember the first "Bitch" song.

In 1972, when the Rolling stones had such gall to call a song Bitch it was a real scandal.....

I hadn't thought of a halo, but picture this: halo e/w with white melee, and 4-8 DBTY on the chain??? Oooooooooooo this is dangerous!
