I'm on it!  It is done!   I just can't imagine what that aquamarine looks like in person.......especially when it has several pictures of one of David's Diamonds as representation!   The person receiving that aquamarine will be highly disappointed no doubt!! EMOAYtextmoan tantrum thewife  UNBELIEVABLE the misrepresentation that sellers get away with!!

I sent them a to-the-point message and told them I would notify the person they stole this image from and report their deception to ebay! Sorry MF'ers! David, are your pictures copywrited?(sp?) Is there any way to hide a DBL within the pictures themselves? So if and when it happens again you can prove and bust these a**holes fraudulent business practices! God this burns me up! All of this is so bizarre.  The "fancy white" lava rocks, the stealing from David.  How do people think they will get away with all of this.  And the one who stole pictures has over 150 100% positive feedback!!  They must have padded that themselves.  Insane!  Is there a way to notify ebay itself that the image is stolen?  Does it matter?  Is there a way to notify the buyer of that stone?

Seriously, it is incomprehensible to me that someone would eventhink to DO this, and absolutely ridiculous tho think that they could imagine that they'd get away with it.  But, silly me, I know it happens over and over again every day.  I'm not litigious, but it is a shame our legal system is SO far behind cyberspace technlogies. There's so much to gain, and so little incentive for people like this NOT to try it...

Guys, if I take 5 minutes to see the slop being slung around eBay diamonds and jewelry section, I get sick to my stomach.
In fact, these scam artists drive people TO us- simply by virtue of comparison.
BUT-the sad fact is, that there's a large percentage of schlock, and bad sellers there.

I emailed them too, but in future when we find something that obviously isn't a DBL, with one of David's photos like this, could I suggest we all go through the "ask seller a question" link on the ebay page? that way, the challenge and the response are visible to everyone who looks at the item page. (At least they are on the UK site.) Email is a little too private for this! Let's make the question nice and public for them.

I've sold some things on Ebay, and the seller has the option of posting the questions as they come in...or not.  Apparently this seller opted NOT, the uncsrupulous, lying, thieving, so & so...  GO BIGRED, GET 'EM!!!

Dang, it figures! If they are gonna steal someone's pictures they sure aren't going to post a question of someone calling them out! But I did ask the seller a question! It kinda went, Is it your practice to steal photo's from other vendors and use them as your own.............ect.
