Alright, maybe I've been playing too much Texas hold'em, but don't these four hearts look like a spade when you put them together?

The vital stats:
four diamonds total 1.53 carats.  The color is very strong, claimed to be fancy intense by the cutter.
I agree with him.
I graded three of them SI1, and one SI2.  They're all beautifully cut with great life

Of course the vital stat that everyone would like to know, is the price.
If we stock these four diamonds, the price of them loose would be $4600.

Anybody got any ideas on how we should set them if we do buy them?
Maybe split them and make two pairs?

I say keep them together and make a pendant (or would that be too small?).  Maybe add a center stone... perhaps some filigree? Surely, this is not something you see everyday. Looks like a four-leaf clover... Very impressive as a group, I think.

OMG I`d love to see a pair of them bezel set as earrings, maybe one bezel set on a DBTY and last but not least, a bezel set pinky ring. Yep I`m greedy , I`d grab all 4 if I could.
Other than that, if money was no object I`d halo set the 4 of them with white diamonds as earrings, pendant and ring.
Not big diamonds but almost .40 cts apiece and I`d be more than happy with them as a suite of jewellery.

Hmmmm....

I would do a pair or two of bezel set earrings!

Would a pair work for side stones against a cushion?  I love this ring:

Seriously who has the yellow hearts in halos for earrings?  Please post a picture.  Maybe they are just on the DBL site.  I will look.

A 4 leaf heart clover would be cool! BUT I say split them up and YES! MAKE ONE OF THE PAIRS in the halo setting like GIA posted!!!

I say make the other pair in a simple bezel setting, 18k YG Smiley

NICE shape and color on those!!!!  bliss

or keep one set as a pair either bezel or with jackets and maybe make two necklaces in yellow gold the heart surrounded by a bezel with DBTY chains! Now why does that sound familiar..... Wink That one really did turn out fantastic!

So these are roughly .40 each ? ?  at 4,600.00 for all 4 or 4,600.00 each individual heart??  This would make the most exquisite ring in all yellow gold with yellow bezels YUM!!

My guess was for all 4?  david

These are gorgeous!!  Man do I wish the tax man had brought me better news!!!

OK, am I weird if I like the four hearts in a spade?  I bet a pendant like that would sell in an instant!!

If I had the choice for myself, I would set one pair in yellow gold bezels with jackets like the ones already posted here, and the other as sides to a yellow cushion.  And I would a white halo around the center and each cushion and down the sides of a platinum shank.  There is a picture I am looking for that will show what I mean, but kind of like this one (just picture yellow hearts instead of white half moons):

Those are gorgeous!

I love that bezel set ring, if you needed a fifth stone for that design-a white would look fab-right in the middle  Evil

All the ideas are just lovely!  I have to admit, my first thought was just like Marnies!...     AZ necklace with the DBTY.    And a pair of yg bezel set studs like Awestrucks earrings that she is getting from GL!!     Also,  I think these would be items that would sell a bit easier since they may be budget friendly.   Smiley  Dang, I hate that I have to think about a budget all the time.... Sad

I like the idea of a flower (or clover) necklace, with a white round in the center, all bezel set to really emphasize the shape of the stones.

Mikla
I got 2 of them, Webmistress got the other 2.
I had Dorothy made and WM had a fantastic pair of earrings ( remember WM I am TOP of your dibs list if you ever get fedup of them lol ) so that`s where the 4 little yellow diamonds went to.

I wondered if that's where they had gone to . . . just gorgeous!!

Would love to see some matching white hearts someday, in a DBTY necklace.
